We empathize with the frustration our clients feel when they are applying for financing, and we believe in challenging the status quo when it comes to the way we apply for loans. Small business owners and real estate professionals should be able to focus on their passion, not underwriting loan requests and rate-shopping. There are thousands of lenders and thousands of borrowers actively looking for a successful closing; we’re here to connect the dots. Our mission is to be a resource to our clients and borrowers so they can do more of what they do.

Our Approach
As direct real estate lenders, we can quickly approve and fund many loans in-house, while also leveraging a robust network of partnerships with other lenders including hedge funds, high net-worth individuals, private equity funds, small banks and credit unions, SBA-guaranteed financing, and other unique and alternative lenders.
Our experience covers many fields including finance and economics, real estate valuation and closings, management consulting, property and asset management, and title and property insurance.

Paula Quiñones
Loan Administrator
Trained as an economist, Paula holds degrees from The London School of Economics and Wheaton College. After working internationally (England, Ecuador, and the United States), Paula joined Honeybee Financial to manage the complexities of loan closings and to work with lenders and borrowers to manage risk. Her passion for collaborating with clients to solve complex problems makes her a highly successful administrator.
